Ms. Johnson passed from this life Sunday Dec.

16, 2018 at The Waters Nursing Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until 1:00pm Thursday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home. Born March 16, 1934 in Scottsville, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Troy Pendergrast, Sr. and Bessie Leigh Baker Pendergrast and preceded in death by siblings; Gracine George, Polly Rainey, Jewell Lynn & James Robert Pendergrast.

Ms. Johnson worked for many years at Uniroyal and later at Stanley Tools. She was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include her children; Eddie & Daryl Stover of Shelbyville, grandson Will (Amy) Stover of Knoxville, 2 great grandchildren; William Clay & Anna Clair Stover, brother Troy Pendergrast, Jr. & sister Bobbie Wooten both of Shelbyville, several nieces & nephews.
