Smilja “Simmy” Milosh, 90, of Beaver Meadows, formerly of Center Twp. , passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018, in Beaver Meadows. Born March 31, 1928 in Aliquippa, she was a daughter of the late Theodore and Helen (Suder) Rebich.

Mrs. Milosh retired as a secretary from the Serb National Federation, with 20 years of service. She was an active member of St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Church in Aliquippa, St. Elijah Circle of Serbian Sisters, St. Elijah Church Choir, and St. Elijah Mother’s… Read More » Club, where she served as past president. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lazo Milosh, in 2011; a sister Sara Pesich, and a brother Sam Rebich.

Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Bata Milosh, and Larry and Milana Milosh; four beloved grandchildren, Cassandra Milosh, Samantha (John) Baldwin, Lauren Milosh, and George Milosh; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Larry and Judy Rebich, and Ted Rebich, and four devoted nieces, Bonnie Owens, Karen Finnerty, Elaine Stevens, and Lauren “DeeDee” Bensink. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm in Tatalovich Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, Pa. 15001.

Family and friends will gather Wednesday at St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Church, 2200 Irwin St., Aliquippa, where a service will be held at 10am, with Fr. Branislav Golic, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Elijah Church Cemetery, Hopewell Twp.

Pomen (blessing service) will be held Tuesday at 7:30pm in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Church in her name. Simmy was kind, loving, and generous.

She will be fondly remembered for devoting her life to her entire family.
