Stella Beverly “Bev” Dennison, 85, of Milan, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline. A Funeral Service for Bev will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 4th Ave. E, Milan.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Stella was born on May 24, 1933 in Rock Island, a daughter of Aubrey and Lavon (Sharp) Anthony.

She married Gene L. Malone on February 14, 1953 and two sons were born to their union. She later married Roy Dennison. Bev was a homemaker for her family.

In her spare time she loved crafts and sewing. She took great pleasure in crafting hand-made dolls. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Daniel (Chris) Malone, Cleveland and Mark (Connie) Malone, Iowa; 6 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; a brother, George Anthony and a sister, Freda Carlile.
