Sue A. Ward, 48, of Vandergrift, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 13, 2018 in her home. Born December 8, 1970, she was the daughter of the late Mark Ward and surviving Gay Pittman. Sue was preceded in death by her father Mark Ward.

She is survived by her mother, Gay Pittman and step-father Jimmy Pittman, son Stefan Houser, daughter Laken Houser, and son Clayton Ward; grandchildren Isaiah, Sindra, Stefan Jr., and Domenick; siblings Tom (Kathy) Linderman, Bud… Read More » (Kim) Linderman, Tara Benemann, and Clayton (Jen) Ward. Sue was a graduate of nursing school. She practiced as an LPN for various health agencies.

She also was a member of Washington Heights SDA Church. “Sueba” was a very strong and independent woman who cherished her children above all else. Her nurturing spirit displayed towards her children will be forever remembered by those who deeply loved her.

A private service for family and close friends will be held at Washington Heights SDA Church. .
