Mitchell, 64, of Perryville, died March 21, 2019 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born July 5, 1954 in Kansas City, MO, daughter of Ernest and Mary Elizabeth (Burton) Wills. She married Rick Allen.

He preceded her in death. She is survived by life partner, William Lee Hutchison Jr of Perryville. Susan was a cashier at Wal-Mart in Chester.

Survivors include two daughters, Christina (Teddy) R. Kingery of Potosi and Crystal Hutchison of Clarksville, TN, one brother and one sister, Larry (Charolett) Wills of Lowry City, MO and Barbara (Wallie) Breig of Perryville, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother, Charles Patterson. Visitation will be held at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, March 23 from 1:30 pm until time of Service at 2:00 pm with Rev.
