Obituary for Susan VanDyke Susan Kay VanDyke, 68, passed away September 23, 2018 at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT. She was born May 18, 1950 in Ogden, UT to Cecil and Helen Newey Davis. She married Robert R. VanDyke May 8, 1968 and to this union they were blessed with 3 Children.

They recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. She grew up in Riverdale and Ogden where she attended Ogden Schools and graduated from Ogden High School. She worked for the I.R.S.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Susan enjoyed spending time in the “Great Out Doors” and was a wonderful companion to her Husband while they did sheep herding, fishing, camping and riding horses. She is survived by her Husband: Robert; Children: Ryan Van Dyke, Stephanie Van Dyke O’Keefe; 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great Granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; Brother: Gary Davis and Son: Robert VanDyke, Jr. The family will honor her life in a private celebration and ask that you honor her by doing something kind for someone.
