Teresa “Terri” Van Lake September 14, 1955-June 25, 2018 South Bend-Teresa “Terri” Van Lake, 62, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018. Terri was born on September 14, 1955 in Mishawaka to Burnell and Patricia (Glaum) Weesner. She was preceded in death by her parents; her dog, PG and “grand dogger,” Princess.

Surviving are a daughter, Angela (Ron) Buck of Bristol, IN; sister, Pamela Faust; brothers, Kim Weesner and Paul (Sue) Weesner; special friends, Nancy Daniel and Cynthia Miller and her “grand dogger” Willow. She was a member of St. Andrews United Church of Christ and New Creations Fellowship. She was a CNA for Visiting Angels, worked at the Tire Rack and was an Ambit Representative.

A private family service will be held Thursday and a Celebration of Terri’s Life will be held at a later date, Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
