Theodore A. Landry 59 YOUNGSTOWN – Services will be held Thursday, October 25, 2018, 12 noon at NewBirth Kimmelbrook Baptist Church, 1325 Victor Ave. Youngstown, Ohio 44505 for Theodore A. Landry Sr. who passed away due to an extended illness October 17, 2018 at Mercy Health, Youngstown. Mr. Landry was born October 8, 1959 in Lafayette Louisiana to the late Patricia Gay Duhon.

He moved to Ohio from Galveston, Texas 18 years ago. Ted married his loving devoted wife Sharon Lynn VanCobb October 27, 2007. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother and grandfather.

Ted was a member of the NewBirth Kimmelbrook Baptist Church. On October 24, 2010 he became an ordained Deacon. He was a long haul truck driver and was recognized for driving one million accident free miles in May of 2007 for Boyd Bros.

Transportation. Ted also worked for FedEx and various other companies. Ted leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Sharon Lynn VanCobb Landry; son, Theodore Landry Jr. (Jerica); daughters, LaPortia Moultrie-Sauls (Al), and Dana Lewis (Elisha); brothers, George McZeal Jr, Eric McZeal, and Michael McZeal; sisters, Jossiettia Landry-Thomas (Daniel), Ericka Arthur and Yolanda Beverly (Cleveland); mother-in-law Mrs. Dolores VanCobb; six grandchildren, and a host of close family and friends.

Family and friends may call one hour prior to service at the church. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Directors at the Conley and Vanden Berg Funeral Home.
