Thomas Flynn Jr., of Warren, passed away at Trumbull Memorial Hospital on February 11, 2019 at 3:42 p.m. He was 75. Thomas was born November 17, 1943 in Youngstown, OH to Thomas Sr. and Ruth James Flynn. He attended Niles City Schools.

Mr. Flynn began his career at the City of Niles Light Department and worked his way through the ranks to become a foreman of the City of Niles Parks Department. Tom retired in 1999 after 30 years of employment with the city. He was of the Methodist faith.

Tom loved the outdoors, especially fishing with friends and family. He cherished spending time with his daughters and grandchildren, Mia, Sam, Cody, and Payton. Mr. Flynn is survived by, 4 children, Windy Flynn of Warren, Michelle (John) Barhoover of Warren, Robert (Jody) Kramer of Piqua, OH, and Candy (Jr) Fritch of Connecticut; 2 sisters, Patty Scott and Barbara Fife; a brother Charles Flynn; and 9 grandchildren.
