Thomas William Roberts passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 12, 2018 just one day shy of his 71st birthday. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11:00AM at Michele Roberts house, 213 Prairie View Lane, Red Oak, Texas 75154. Thomas was born on October 13, 1947 in Dallas, Texas to W.E. Roberts and Mrs. Sewell.

Tom was a committed husband, father and grandfather. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Tom was an extremely hardworking man who would give you the shirt off his back.

He worked as a business owner for many years and took pride in his work. In fact, Tom was such a diligent worker, he never missed a day at work. In his free time, Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers play.

Though, Tom fought an admirable and courageous battle with cancer until the very end, Tom’s life is best defined by how he lived, not by how he died. His free spirit and loving presence will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Tom is survived by his son, Michael Roberts of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Michele Roberts of Red Oak, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Kayla Michele Thompson, Adriana Roberts and Asher Roberts; and many other relatives and friends.
