Obituary for Toma Jack Vickers RICHMOND, Ind. – Toma Jack Vickers, age 44, of Richmond, Indiana, died Thursday, December 20, 2018, at his home. Born July 19, 1974, in Richmond, Kentucky, Toma lived in Richmond, Indiana, for his entire life.

He loved music, the Green Bay Packers, and making people laugh. Toma will be missed by everyone who knew him. Survivors include his father, Paul Miller of Richmond, Indiana; siblings, James (Michelle) Miller of Richmond, Angela (Steven Jolley) Story of New Castle, Indiana, Destiny Arnold of Richmond, and Dakota Arnold of Richmond; aunt, Brenda Vickers of Richmond; uncles, Lonnie (Joyce) Vickers and Wayne (Tina) Vickers, both of Kentucky; nieces; nephews; companion, Dawn Rust; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Delores Vickers Arnold. A memorial service for Toma Jack Vickers will be announced by the family at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
