Vaughn Stanton Thomas, “Indian”, 57, of Bazetta, Ohio peacefully passed away in his home on Tuesday, June12, 2018. He was born on May 18, 1961 in Warren, Ohio. Vaugh was a graduate of Western Reserve High School.

Vaughn was a member of the Native American Culture Society. He enjoyed playing guitar, golfing and watching basketball. He is survived by his mother and step father Chelo and Henry Thomas of Warren, Ohio.

He had one sister Melody Mathis Tipton (Shelby) of Jacksonville, AR. 3 brothers, Preston T Mathis (Ruby) of Newton Falls, OH; Nelson Thomas (Beth) of Columbus, OH and Tracy Thomas (Cathy) of Warren, OH. He also had numerous nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his soulmate of many years Marci Needham. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Earl Mathis. Private family services will be held at the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls.

He was very spiritual and believed God was his creator. The heaven has opened its arm for the kindest hearted human being ever. We love U 2 Vaughn.
