Obituary for Vickie Rae Wing Vickie Rae Wing, 72, of Fort Dodge, died Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Fort Dodge. Vickie is survived by her three children, Ronda (Cale) Perry of Waukee, IA, Rod (Mindy) Wing of Waukee and Rhyan Wing of Fort Dodge; two grandchildren, Skyler (Amy) Wing and Shelby Wing and two great granddaughters, Sonya and Rurora Richardson.

She is also survived by her brother, Bruce (Roxanne) Hadaway of Arkansas. Vickie is preceded in death by her parents and her two sisters, Debbie Hadaway and Rebecca Hadaway. Vicki Rae Hadaway, the daughter of Robert and Shirley (Steinhoff) Hadaway, was born June 24, 1946 in Webster City, Iowa and graduated from Webster City High School.

She worked at Bush Hog/Stanhoist in Fort Dodge and later at the First Federal Bank in Fort Dodge. Retiring from First Federal in 2010. Vickie was known as GG to her great granddaughters and loved to spend time with them and her family.

She was full of life, whether it was going on family vacations or spending time at the pool. Vicki was a kind and funny person and was able to make everyone smile. She would do anything for anybody and she loved her children no matter how ornery they were.

Vickie was a member of the congregation of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Fort Dodge and enjoyed the ministry work with the Jehovah Witnesses. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Vickie Rae Wing please visit our Sympathy Store. Upcoming Events Service , JUL 18.
