Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, January 23 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev.

Bill Clark of the Marseilles Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Marseilles with military honors. He was born May 2, 1937, in Marseilles, to Victor Sr. and Stella (Underwood) Flori.

In 1971, he married Rita Ruf of Chicago who survives. Joe served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. He and his wife Rita spent many years together entertaining, singing, and playing music in locations locally, in Chicago, and Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Rita; two twin sisters, Yvonne Swearngin of Nevada and Vickie (Ken) Newtson of Ottawa; and many nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Geno Flori; and two sisters, Norma Jean Flori and Shirley Evans. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
