Obituary for Victoria Heisler (Franceschello) Victoria Franceschello Heisler, of Erie, passed away, Sunday, April 15, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Erie, on June 6, 1931, the daughter of the late Generoso and Maria Amoroso Franceschello. Victoria graduated from Strong Vincent High School in 1949.

She worked in banking for over 41 years, most recently as a bank teller for PNC Bank. Victoria was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church. She was a wonderful wife and mother and everyone thought the world of her.

Victoria loved her grandchildren very much. She will be remembered for her Italian cooking, especially the sauce she made on Sundays for her family to enjoy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Lena Kowalewski.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Raymond C. Heisler; her daughter, Lori A. Heisler; her son, Raymond A. Heisler; her brother, Joseph “Gene” Franceschello; all of Erie; her four grandchildren, Nicole, Nicholas, Kaylyn and Matthew; and her great-granddaughter, Aubree. Friends are invited to a Funeral Mass at St. Paul’s Catholic Church on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are handled by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home, Inc. 5000 Wattsburg Rd.
