Obituary for Vivian L. Joiner Vivian L. Joiner 85, of Naples died December 18, 2018 at the Frances Georgeson Hospice House after a brief illness. A lifelong resident of Frostproof, FL, Vivian moved to Naples in 1961. She was a graduate of Frostproof High School Class of 1951.

In 1972 she began her career with the Collier County Sheriff’s Department as their “Head Chef” in the detention center until 1985. She also worked for Robbins Answering Service in Naples from 1990 until 2013. She is survived by her children, William Calvin (Dottie) Joiner, Deborah (Howard) Green, Donna Sue Joiner, Bonnie Delores King, Mary Regina (Bonnie) Joiner; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald “Georgia Boy” Joiner, two sons, Donald C. Joiner and Mickey McClelland and one daughter, Virginia McClelland. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 2:30 PM at Naples Memorial Gardens. Burial will follow.
