Funeral Services for Wilford Daniel Jumper, 81, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at First Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Mendle Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Calvary Baptist Church 2320 Cedar Grove Road Leesville, SC 29070. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family.

Mr. Jumper passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018. Born in Gilbert, he was a son of the late Carroll Wilford and Essie Mae Oswald Jumper. He was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church and was a U. S. Air Force Veteran.

Mr. Jumper retired from Ed Smith Lumber Mill and Saluda School District as a bus driver. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Price Jumper; sons, Steve (Mary) Jumper, Doyle Jumper, and Tracy (Sandra) Jumper; daughters, Debra (Bobby) Long, Linda Register, Renee (Blake) Wootton, and Kimberly (Ross) Perry; sisters, Ruby Acuff, Brenda Frye, and Veta Bedenbaugh; 19 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers, Olin, Oswald, and Bobby; sisters, Bernelle, Helen, Patricia, and Evelyn; and sons-in-law, Cecil Register and Dean Smith.
