Obituary for William E. Whary William E. Whary, 68, of Hummelstown, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 17, 2018, in his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Lewistown on January 1, 1950, he was the son of the late Donald L. and Amelia M. Lloyd Whary. Bill retired from Chiquita Fresh Express, the former Verdelli Farms, where he worked in maintenance.

He was a graduate of Lewistown High School. Bill was a member of the Eagles Club in Lewistown and various fire companies over the years; he also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Bill’s pride and joy was Pappy’s girl, Miranda; he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Stacey M. Sinkkanen wife of Jarion; companion, Debra D. Whitesel; granddaughter, Miranda L. Whary; and two siblings. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his son, Brian W. Whary. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 6 PM in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown.

A viewing will begin at 5 PM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Paxtonia Fire Company, 125 South Johnson Street, Harrisburg, PA 17112. Online condolences may be shared at www.
