William Joseph Ferguson, Jr. 60 of York entered into rest on Saturday, March 24, 2018. William was born December 13, 1957 to Rachel Ferguson and the late William J. Ferguson, Sr. William is affectionately known as “Frog” to all who knew him. William was educated through the York City School District and was a graduate of William Penn Sr. High (York High) Class of 1976.

In addition to his loving mother, Rachel he learns to cherish his memory 7 sons Rashad Folk, Robert Folk, Juan Woodard, Dion Everett, Oshya Everett all of York, William Seals of Lancaster and Damien Slater; 4 daughters Nancy Franklin-Wright husband David, Nanette Frankilin, Dimitra Folk all of York and Kimona Woodard of FL; 7 brothers Anthony and Raymond Ferguson, Darryl Jackson, John Kennedy, Kareem and Jamar Johnson all of York and Jerome Singleton of Reading; 8 sisters Donna and Vanessa Ferguson, Sharee and Sharae Legotte, Sabreem Johnson and Tracey Chance husband Sterling all of York, Candy Singleton of VA, and Joanne Mitchell of MD; 36 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other family members and friends. William was preceded in death by his father; a son Jamil Lomax; a sister Michelle Ferguson, paternal grandparents William Ferguson and Mary Berry; and maternal grandparents Isaac and Emma Way.
