Tyler Jerome Owens, 24, of York, entered into rest on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at York Hospital. He was the loving son of Michelle (Baynes) & Terry L. Owens, Sr. Tyler was born in Wilmington, DE on July 11, 1994. Tyler loved music.

He wrote his own music, enjoyed rapping, reading and most of all, he loved spending time with his family. Tyler will truly be missed by all who knew him. Owens, Sr. and Matthew G. Owens, and his sister, Tara Nicole Owens.

Tyler will also be missed by his five nieces & nephews: Terry L. Owens, III, Michael T. Owens, Jr., Kairi Owens, Shamar Owens and Cecilia Owens. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other family members and friends. Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Timothy Prince and Annie Owens and his maternal grandfather Elder Henry Baynes.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 2:00PM at Boulding Mortuary Inc., 471 Madison Ave. , York PA 17404. The family will receive family and friends from 1-2PM at the funeral home.

Burial is private and at the convenience of family.
