William S. Cline Jr., 68, of Hyde Park, PA, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit in Cabot. A son of the late William S. Cline Sr. and Sophie (Zigus) Cline, he was born December 9, 1949 in Natrona Heights, PA. He was the cherished father of Jackie Nickels (Mike) of Allegheny Twp.

, PA, William “Greg” Cline (Jackie Dotts) of Coraopolis, PA and Scott Cline of Dover, PA; “Pappy Bill” to Ryan Nickels, Kyla Cline, Jace Cline and Aleah Cline; and brother of Barbara Barton (Kurt) of Hyde Park, PA, and Patricia Lyle of Allegheny Twp. , PA. Bill was employed at Allegheny Ludlum for 30 years until retiring at the age of 51.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, stock car racing and his dog Nash. “Bill”, “Pappy Bill”, “Wilbur” was a friend to many and was always willing to help anyone. Bill lived his entire life in Hyde Park.

He will be missed by many. Special thanks to Greg, Kathy, Lexi and Austin (Bill’s neighbors) for loving and being the greatest neighbors to our Dad. Bill requested no visitation.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051). There will be a Celebration of Bill’s Life and gathering of all at the Markle Volunteer Fire Dept. Rec.

Hall from 5-8 PM on Saturday, July 28, 2018. Bill said, “No crying. Have a party.

I had a great life”.
