William F. Santiago, of Tampa, FL, formerly of Plattekill, entered into rest on Thursday, June 7, 2018. He was 68. Son of the late Julio Santiago and Lucia Figueroa, he was born in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico on April 13, 1950.

William was a retired truck driver who owned and operated his business in Tampa, FL. Survivors include William’s mother of Tampa FL; five sons, William Santiago, Jr., of Orlando, FL, Angel M. Torres of Queens, Eric W. Santiago of Highland, Steven A. Santiago of Newburgh and Anthony N. Balzarini of Brookfield, CT; one brother Jose M. Santiago of Danbury, CT; two sisters, Ruth B. Santiago of Tampa FL and Luz C. Santiago of Zepher Hill, FL; and nine grandchildren, Kiara, Isaiah, Dasani, Justise, Bentley, Jaxon, Cecilia, Aria and Anthony, Jr. Visitation will take place on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 North Plank Road (Rt. 32), Newburgh, NY.

A funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home with The Reverend Fernando Hernandez officiating. Private cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
