Albert Case Miller, Jr., 94, of 2720 Sugartree Church Rd. Danville, VA died on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at his residence after being in declining health for the past 2 years. Mr. Miller was born in Somerville, NJ on April 15, 1924, son of the late Albert Case Miller, Sr. and the late Evelyn Gulick Miller.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was in WWII. He then worked for the Roanoke Times newspaper as a printer for over 33 years until his retirement. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Mr. Miller was married to Marie Carter Miller who died on May 29, 2013. Survivors include, sons, Jeff Miller and wife Paula of Danville, VA, Bruce Miller and wife Leslie of Bladenboro, NC, Bill Miller and wife Linda of Lewisburg, TN, and Michael Miller and wife Donna of Mt. Pleasant, NC; brother, Bob Miller and wife Fran of Hillsboro, NJ; sister, Shirley Beers of Hillsboro, NJ; eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Pastor Bruce Miller and the Reverend J.B. Baldridge officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Carter Family Cemetery on Sugartree Church Rd. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel and at other times will be at the residence, 2720 Sugartree Church Rd, Danville, VA 24541.
