Obituary for Andrew J. Ironside II Andrew J. Ironside, II, 72, passed away peacefully on Saturday April 14, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center with his loving family by his side. Born November 16, 1945, son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Roscher) Ironside, he was raised and schooled in South Hadley and has resided in Chicopee for many years. A US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he served aboard the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt and received the Vietnam Servive Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Andrew was retired from the US Postal Service and was a lover of animals and an avid hunter and fisherman. Andrew is survived by his beloved partner of twenty-eight years, Ann Przybylowicz; loving daughter, Kristin R. Ironside, of Los Angeles, CA; loving sister, Judy Stickney and husband Dean, of Sturbridge; a niece, three nephews, their families; and the Przybylowicz family. Funeral services and burial with Military Honors were held at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam.
