Obituary for Heidi A. Kozikowski Heidi A. Kozikowski, 39, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 16, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center after a chronic struggle with pulmonary disease. Born May 30, 1978, daughter of Stanley F. and Sheila A. (Thibodeau) Kozikowski, she was a lifelong Chicopee resident. Heidi was a graduate of Chicopee High School, Class of 1996, and continued her education at UMass Amherst, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/ Restaurant Management in 2000.

She was employed as a manager at the Olive Garden Restaurant in Enfield, CT. She was chosen to study at the Olive Garden Culinary Institute of Tuscany, Italy. Heidi loved the ocean and her numerous vacations to Cape Cod, Myrtle Beach and St. Maarten.

She will be missed for her beautiful smile and bubbly personality. Besides her loving parents, Stanley and Sheila Kozikowski of Chicopee, Heidi is survived by her siblings, Shawn K. Kozikowski and Alissa A. Lamontagne and husband Jerrid of Chicopee. She also leaves her beloved fiancé, Nicolas Costa of Chicopee, cherished niece, Vivian; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and her fur baby Roxy.

Family calling hours are Saturday from 9–10:30 AM with a 10:30AM funeral home service at Kozikowski Funeral Home, 565 Front St., Chicopee, followed by burial in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Lung Assoc. , 393 Maple Street, Springfield, MA 01105.
