Anna Pietraszkiewicz, age 90, of Lapeer, formerly of Warren, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019. She was born June 24, 1928 in Poland. Anna married Antoni Pietraszkiewicz.

She worked part time as a book maker in Poland and also on her family farm. In 1955 she came to the United States of America with her family, after traveling to Germany and England. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Anna is survived by her children: Barbara (Robert) Wolf of Lapeer, Helen (Richard Miller) Kern of Sterling Heights, Edward Pietraskiewicz of Rochester and Nina (Daniel) Yeary of Almont; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: Antonia Pietraszkiewicz; her parents; and 7 siblings. Cremation has been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Lapeer.

Burial of Anna’s cremains will take place at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak, Michigan, at a later date. Please leave condolences and memories at www. MuirBrothers Lapeer.com.
