Annette Presti, 83 of Matawan N.J., passed away on Saturday February 16, 2019 with her loving husband by her side. Annette was born on October 4,1935 to the late Salvatore and Marie Lomonaco in Manhattan N.Y. before moving to Brooklyn then Long Island. She worked for the Continental Insurance Company and Hallmark Greeting Cards.

She was married to Philip Presti for 61 years. Theirs was a marriage made in heaven. They resided in Brooklyn, Matawan and Middletown N.J. Annette was a remarkable cook that loved to share her recipes with her family and friends.

She loved to be in her backyard tending to her garden. Annette enjoyed every minute of the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. She was a kind, generous, and caring person that helped and touched many people in her life.

Annette leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Annette is survived by her husband Philip; son Gregory and his wife Christine; son Glenn; son Gerrin and his wife Suzanne; and her 5 grandchildren, Brittany, Jack, Matthew, Catherine, and James. She was preceded in death by her sister Sally.

A wake will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Waitt Funeral Home. The service will be on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Waitt Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery.
