Anthony “Tony” Michael Rella, 60, of Danville, Va. , passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at SOVAH of Danville. He was born June 15, 1958, in Chelsea, Mass.

to the late Jewel Cumbo Chavers and the late Frank Rella. He is survived by his wife, April Baldwin Rella. Mr. Rella owned and operated Affordable Pest Control.

He was a fun-loving, giving person, and he loved his family dearly. In addition to his wife, Mr. Rella is survived by his daughters, Chelsea Brandon (Ryan) of… Read More » Blanch, N.C. and Sierra Rella of Danville; his son, Anthony Rella, II (Brittany) of Pelham, N.C.; his step-daughter, Angela Miller of Danville; his step-son, Jay Miller (Tina) of Baltimore, Md. ; his brothers, Bobby Rella and Butch James; and his grandchildren, Emily Miller and Sandy Paige Brandon.

In addition to is family, Tony leaves behind his beloved dogs Zena and Thor. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rella was predeceased by his brother, Frank Rella. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Norris Mt.

Hermon Chapel with Rev. Donald Powell officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, December 14, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, and at other times at the residence. Norris Funeral Services, Inc. & Crematory, Mt.

Hermon Chapel, 3995 Franklin Tpke. , Danville, Va. is respectfully serving the Rella family.
