Jeff Tinsley officiating. Interment will follow in Old Town Cemetery, Haynesville, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home Haynesville, LA Visitation will be held Saturday, March 30, 2019, 9:30 am – 11:00 am at Bailey Funeral Home Haynesville, LA Mrs. Williams was born on April 9, 1925 in Haynesville, LA to Annie Smith Bowman and Homer Bowman and passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Ochsner St. Anne Hospital in Raceland, LA.

Our Mother passed from this life and has gone on to her final resting place in Heaven, with our Lord and all of her loved ones that have gone on before her. She was a very special and loving mother and friend and has had a long and adventurous life here on earth. She is survived by her two daughters, Sandra “Sissy” Moore of Lockport, LA and Mary “Suzy” (“Pumpkin”) Thomassie of Larose, LA; one son, James “Jimbo” (Charlene) Williams of Lockport, LA; nine grandchildren, Melisa Jane (John) Adams, Vicki Rae Billiot, Bethany (Greg) Clark, Jamie (Chrissy) Williams, Lewis “Bubba” Williams, Tod (Crystal) Williams, Chris (Trenda) Williams, Andrew E (Bethani) Moore, Timothy H Moore; 22 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by mother, Annie Smith Bowman McWilliams, father, Homer Bowman, husband, Lewis W Williams, one son, Lewis Wayne Williams, two brothers, Hoyt Eugene Bowman and Lamar Bowman, one sister, Mary Alice Garrett, Son in law, James D Moore.
