(Zimmerman) Ott on March 7, 1961 in New Braunfels, Texas. She passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2018 in New Braunfels, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Betty is survived by her children, Barbara M. Beck, Beverly S. Wollenzin (Arehn Garza) and Martin C. Wollenzin, all of New Braunfels; her longtime companion, Shane Salmon; grandchildren, Jarret, Javen, Jayce, Joslyn & Jaxon; sister, Linda S. Printy (Michael Sanderford), brother, David G. Ott (Melissa), and half-brother Robert Ott (Kathy). Betty was a proud retiree of 22 years in the Air Force, a loving Oma, an avid motorcycle rider, and she loved being around all of her friends and family. Betty enjoyed spending time outdoors raising chickens and turkeys and shooting her guns.

She will be and already is missed by many. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home with Pastor Adam Cork officiating.

Graveside Services & Interment, with military honors, will follow to Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park in New Braunfels, Texas. Reception to follow immediately at Bavarian Halle.
