OBITUARY Betty L. Logan August 16, 1942 – November 3, 2018 Betty Louise Logan, age 76, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Saturday November 3, 2018. Betty was born August 16, 1942 to her parents Fred and Ruth Martin. She was married to W. Burns Logan lll for 51 years and lived in the lake Charles area for all of her married life.

She enjoyed traveling, fishing and RV camping. Betty was an avid golfer and loved spending time with her golf friends. She loved her family, children and grandchildren and devoted her life to them.

She was a member of University Methodist Church and also loved her church family. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, father and her in-laws W. B. Logan Jr. and Frances Logan. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Ruth Martin; daughter, Angie Trahan and husband Mark; son, Alan Logan and wife Leah; grandchildren Ryan, Ruston Logan, Logan Hayes, Gavin and Emily Trahan; brother, Mark Martin; sisters, Carolyn, Linda and Annie; sister in-law and “travel partner” Jody Reed; brother in-law Roger and wife Duane Logan.

Visitation will be held on Monday November 5, 2018 from the hours of 5pm until 8pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles and will resume on Tuesday at 8am until time of service. Funeral Service will be at 10am Tuesday 6, 2018 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park.
