Billy Lee’s Obituary RICH VALLEY, VA Billy Lee Buchanan age 44 passed away on Friday December 7, 2018 at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital in Charleston, SC. Mr. Buchanan was born in Smyth County on June 12, 1974. He is preceded in death by his father William Wiley Buchanan; mother Elizabeth Myers Hayden; step father Eddie Roark; grandfather Wallace Myers; and uncle Willie Myers.

He is survived by his wife Carol Roberts of SC; grandmother Lettie Myers of Rich Valley; children Katie Buchanan of Chilhowie, Kimmie Buchanan, and Sami Buchanan all of Rich Valley; grandchildren Mason, Marshall, and Rylee; brother Charles “Chuck” Buchanan; aunt Melissa Myers; and several cousins and other loving family also survive. Funeral services will be held at 7:00PM on Monday December 10, 2018 from the Bradley’s Funeral Home Chapel in Marion with Brother Barney Blankenbeckler and Pastor Doug Haga officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM on Monday evening at the funeral home.

Due to inclement weather graveside services will be held at 12:00PM on Thursday December 13, 2018 at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Nebo, VA. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.
