Bobbie Sue (Daniels) Buchanan, age 56, of Erwin, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at her home. A native of Spruce Pine, NC, Bobbie is a daughter of the late Reverend Clay Daniels and Lorraine (Ledford) Bailey. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Freewill Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Bobbie is preceded in death by her step-father: Cecil Wesley Bailey and one brother: David Berry Daniels. Bobbie Sue (Daniels) Buchanan leaves behind to cherish her memory: Son: Daniel Burleson and fiancé, Andrea Owens, of Plymouth, NC; Daughter: Darlene Reid and husband Mark, of Newland, NC; Twin Sister: Tammie Wilson, of Erwin; Sister: Janet Trivett, of Newland, NC; Brother: Samuel Clay “Bo” Daniels, Jr., and wife, Kristy, Newdale, NC; Step-brother: Danny Bailey and wife, Pam, of Erwin; Adoptive brother: John Stanley “Stan” Ault and wife Mary, of Erwin; Grandchildren: Alyssa Angel, of Newland, NC, Katelynn Angel, of Newland, NC; Several nieces and nephews. The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Bobbie Sue (Daniels) Buchanan in a funeral service to be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2019 in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home.

Reverend Andy Patterson will officiate. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2019 and will continue until service time in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home. A graveside committal service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019 in Daniels Cemetery, Plumtree, NC.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Daniels, Samuel Daniels and the men of Trinity Freewill Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Valley Funeral Home, 1085 N Main Avenue, Erwin, TN 37650 to help cover the final expenses.
