Brian Christopher Daniel “CD”, age 49, of Old Fort, North Carolina, passed away at his residence on the night of Wednesday, December 12, 2018. The son of the late Charles and Annie Minnie Montgomery Daniel, he was born in McDowell County on January 30, 1969. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Luther Daniel.

CD is survived by twelve siblings, Valerie Hamilton, Brenda Mathes, Harold Daniels (Christina), Richard Daniel (Mary), Anthony Daniel, Teresa Daniel, Rufus Daniel (Felecia), Tony Daniel (Audrey), Marilyn Logan, Eunice Daniel, Beverly McMillan (Roland) and Travis Daniel. He is also survived by, three aunts; one uncle; several, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. A celebration of CD’s life will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service in Marion.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
