Obituary for Candy Ann Applegarth Candy Ann (Ricke) Applegarth, 62, of WaKeeney, KS, formerly of Medicine Lodge, KS, died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Hays Medical Center, Hays, KS. She was born on August 3, 1956 in Wichita, KS, the daughter of the late August Ricke and Opal (LeFever) Ricke. Surviving is one son, David Ricke (JC Alvarez) of Redwood City, CA.

Candy was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Mitzi Ann Ricke, and two brothers, Gerald and Thomas Ricke. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church, Medicine Lodge, KS with Pastor Tom Walters officiating.

Inurnment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge, KS Memorials may be made to Quarters For Canines in care of Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104. Condolences may be left at www. larrisonmortuary.com.
