Carol’s Obituary Carol (Saul) Redfoot, 86, of Baldwinsville passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday at the Cottages at Garden Grove, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was born in Greenville, PA and attended Fredonia High School graduating Valedictorian of her class. Carol continued her education in Sharon, PA at Sharon General Hospital School of Nursing becoming a registered nurse.

On September 7, 1954 she was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart Bruce Redfoot, a blessed union of 57 years until his passing in 2011. After a lifelong career in nursing, while raising her family, Carol retired from Visiting Nurse Association of Syracuse, NY as a Supervisor. After her retirement, she volunteered as Parish Nurse and sang in the choir at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Liverpool where she was an active member.

She is predeceased by her husband, Bruce Everett Redfoot and her brother, Arden Saul. Surviving to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Karen (Vern) Kreuter of Webster, NY, Loren (Gary) Riesterer of Manchester, CT, Esther (Thomas) Renne of Cleveland, NY, four adored grandchildren, Jeffrey Riesterer, Katelynn Kreuter, V. Corey Kreuter, Emily Renne, sister, Doris Nagel of Greenville, PA and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 210 Hazel Avenue, Liverpool with funeral services to follow at 4:00 pm.

Burial will take place in Delaware Cemetery in Fredonia, PA. In lieu of flowers please consider contributions in Carol’s memory to Alzheimer’s Association, CNY Chapter or St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
