Carolyn “Sue”‘s Obituary Carolyn “Sue” Nason 74, of Gilbert Arizona, passed away Jaurary 28, 2019. Services will be held at Tempe Mortuary on Monday February 4, 2019. Visitation will start at 11:00 AM with the service at 12:00 PM followed by the interment at Resthaven/Carr-Tenny Memorial Gardens.

Sue was born May 25, 1944 in Sparks, West Virginia to her parents Mac Lawrence and Hester Tyree. She was the second oldest of their 6 children. She grew up in Jodie, West Virginia, Graduating from Gauley Bridge High School in 1964.

She moved to Wahington DC where she met her husband of 32 years Ronald C Nason. They Moved to the Valley in 1966 and had two children. She worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs as a supervisor and retired in 1998 after 33 years of service.

She is survived by her children: Lori Sabol and her husband James, Ronald Nason and his wife Carmen. Five grand children: Aaron Sabol, Joshua Sabol, Zachary Sabol, Damien Miller and wife Sunny, Cody Nason and his wife Lindzie and their child her great grandchild Andromeda Rose. Her youngest sister Barbara Jean Tyree and Sister in Law Sandra Tyree.

Her loving friend Stan Jocelyn. Preceeded in death by both her parents Mac and Hester Tyree, her husband Ronald C Nason, her siblings “Buck” Tyree, Richard Tyree, Jimmy Tyree, and Ernie Tyree. Arrangements entrusted to Tempe Mortuary.
