Mrs. Horn, a homemaker, was born on August 23, 1952 in Phoenix. She is survived by her husband, Charles M. Horn of Tempe; son, Ryan Lynn Wolfgang of Boardman, OH and two grandchildren, Kimberly Lynn Wolfgang and Alex R. Wolfgang.

Visitation will be held from 7:00-9:00 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Ave. , Tempe, Arizona. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 8, 2019 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern Ave.
