Anastacia, a homemaker, was born on December 25, 1937 in the Philippines. She had resided in Arizona for the past 22 years.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cora Pamintuan and is survived by her children, Tercsita Florano, Minam Torres, Angelita Somsoung, Pablo Monis, Jr., Cristina Palo, Jocelyn Pallasique and Isaias Monis. She is also survived by her brother, Francisco Ronquillo, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date in the Philippines.
