Michaelene “Blue”‘s Obituary Michaelene Marie Young “Blue” sadly passed away unexpectedly in her home on March 11, 2019 in Peoria, Arizona at the age of 49 She would have celebrated her 50th birthday just 2 days later. Michaelene is preceded in death by her three children Amanda Young, Samantha Young, Kendra Young and all 6 of her grandchildren who are all in the east valley who she loved unconditionally. Michaelene was born on March 13, 1969 in Chicago Illinois to Patricia Jacoby.

Her children family and friends remember her as a driven, strong women who always strived to be a better person. Her friends always said how loyal of a person she was. She loved her grandchildren more than life itself.

Michaelene always encouraged her daughters to pursue their dreams of happiness and to strive to be the best of who she knew them to be. Close family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate Michaelene life with the spreading of her ashes at Silly Mountain on Saturday March 23, 2019. This will be at the landmark on the mountains map as that is where her mother lays in peace.

Please contact the family for exact times. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to her daughter in law Shana Cohen who has been handling all the affairs. All donations will be kept assisting her daughters and grandchildren during this time.

The family would like to thank Tempe Mortuary for doing a beautiful job with all the arrangements, they were extremely professional, caring and went above and beyond during this time. Special thanks to her daughter in law Shana Cohen for stepping up, making all the arrangements and assisting with everything needed but most important keeping an eye on us all. Michaelene will be deeply missed by many.
