Cecil A. Justice, 82, of 135 Cool Breeze Dr., Seneca, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019, at Molena Extended Care in Molena, GA. A native of Oconee County, Mr. Justice was the son of the late James Albert and Eva Arizona Rowland Justice. He was a retired truck driver and was a member of Salem First Baptist Church.

Mr. Justice is survived by his son: Charles Kent Justice; daughters: Kay LeCroy (David), and Sheila Ann Mize (Jesse Younce); one grandchild, two great-grandchildren; sisters: Louise Meyer, Juanita Pelfrey and Penny Owens; and the mother of his children: Barbara Jo Justice. In addition to his parents, Mr. Justice was preceded in death by his son: Donald Ray Justice; brothers: Clyde Howard Justice, Glenn Justice, Dan Justice, Jewell Justice, Crayton Justice and Derrill Justice; and sisters: Isabell Justice and Ruth Turner. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 11, 2019, at Salem First Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at Davenport Funeral Home. The family would like to give a special thanks to Foothills Assisted Living, Molena Extended Care and Compassus Hospice for all of the care and support that they gave to Mr. Justice and his family. Flowers are accepted.
