Charlene (Kunc) James, 90, of Lincoln passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, June 22, 2018. She was born August 1, 1927 at Crab Orchard and graduated from Lewiston High School. She worked as a Dental Assistant at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry of many years.

She married Garth James on February 15, 1997 and he preceded her in death. Charlene enjoyed gardening, traveling and most of all, her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ida Vokach Kunc; her husband, Garth James; three brothers, Dean Kunc, Clarence Kunc and Dale Kunc; four sisters, Velma Bailey, Irene Husa, Evelyn Doughtery and Dorothy Plume.
