CHUCK WIEPRECHT Charles Robert “Chuck” Wieprecht, 60, of Quincy, passed away at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday (October 16, 2018) at St. Vincent’s Home. Born April 20, 1958 in Phoenix, Arizona, Charles was the son of Earl “Bud” and Juanita Charleen Greenwalt Wieprecht. He married Sandy Mangler on November 21, 1987 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Chuck was a member of the First Baptist Church in Canton, Missouri and loved his church family. He was devoted to his family and loved the time he shared with them, including his pet beagle, Shiloh. Chuck loved the outdoors and enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing and mushroom hunting.

He loved being with his friends and family playing cards and shooting pool. Chuck was employed as a supervisor at Craig Industries in Quincy for over 27 years. Survivors include his daughter, Desiree Swift (Levi) of Quincy; his son, Justis Wieprecht of Quincy; three grandchildren, Lincoln Swift, Landyn Swift and Aiden Wieprecht all of Quincy; his ex-wife, Sandy; two brothers, Terry L. Wieprecht (Linda) of Tombstone, AZ and Earl E. Wieprecht II (Janice) of St. Roberts, MO; three sisters, Charlene Sue Dievert of Phoenix, AZ, Helen Louise “Weg” Cairns of Moriarty, NM and Mamie Ruth Werneth (John) of Quincy; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wieprecht was preceded in death by his parents; a half brother, Danny Greenwalt; and two nephews, Daniel “Dan” Wieprecht and Tony Dievert. Cremation arrangements are in the care of the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home. The family will host a Celebration of Life for Chuck in the spring of 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Canton, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church.
