LYNN DRAHNOVSKY Lynn Drahnovsky, 54, of Quincy, passed away at 11:34 a.m. Sunday (November 25, 2018) at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois. Born July 10, 1964 in Inglewood, California, Lynn was the daughter of Charles Edward and Barbara Lowanda Cannel Ballinger. She married Robert Drahnovsky on May 24, 2007 in Quincy.

He survives. Lynn was a graduate of Lawndale High School in Lawndale, California. She had been employed as an office manager at Northrop Corporation in Hawthorne, California.

Lynn enjoyed crime mysteries, was an excellent cook and had a heart for caring for animals. Survivors include her husband, Robert; her son; David Lee Gill of Quincy; a daughter, Barbara Lynn Gill of Quincy; her mother, Barbara Ballinger of Quincy; a brother, Robin Ballinger of California; and a very close friend, Tammy Welch, who has been helping the family during this difficult time. Mrs. Drahnovsky was preceded in death by her father Charles Edward Ballinger; and a brother David Gordon Ballinger.

Cremation arrangements are in the care of the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home. No services are planned at this time.
