Mr. Chester S. Gregory, age 90, of Franklin, KY, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at 2:00 AM at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY. Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 14, 2018 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY. Chester was born March 25, 1928 in Simpson Co., KY to the late Beck Gregory and the late Oma Eldridge Gregory.

He was the husband of the late Sarah Gregory. He is survived by a son Noel “Pee Wee” Gregory (Kathy) of Franklin, KY, 2 daughters Judy Lile (Chester) and Malinda Bean (Donald) all of Franklin, KY. , 9 grandchildren Sheri Harper, Tammy Griffith, Tony King, Doug Glass, Leigh Ann Law, Craig Bean, Stephanie Yates, Stacey Hesson and Christy Hicks, 18 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and a brother Joe Doug Gregory of Indianapolis, IN.

Chester was a member of the Lighthouse of Truth Church and was retired from the City Of Franklin and a farmer. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2018 and from 6:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
