CHRISTOPHER SHAWN PHELPS, age 46, of 1025 Ridge Road, Roxboro, NC, died Saturday morning, April 28, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Phelps was born January 16, 1972 in Person County, NC son of the late Billy & Donna Palmer Phelps. Surviving are a sister, Yolanda Long, brother, Ralph Thomas Klock, Jr., two nieces, Rachel Teague, Kelsey Martin, two nephews, Brandon Long, Christian Martin, and uncle, Butch Palmer & wife, Joann.
