Darell Wayne Sullivan, 74, of Frankfort, husband of Suzanne Carol Bemis Sullivan, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. He was born in Lexington, KY to the late Jesse Franklin and Clara Elizabeth Bowman Sullivan. Darell was 1962 graduate of Anderson High School; U.S. Navy veteran where he served in the Vietnam War; a member at Full Gospel Assembly of God; and worked as a licensed plumber and was a plumbing inspector for the Kentucky State Government.

Along with his wife he is survived by two daughters, Lesley Gail (Jim Duddy) Bryant-Duddy and Mary Beth (Rob) Zeinert, both of Frankfort; two sisters, Marilyn (Chuck) Price, Lawrenceburg and Sandra (Milton) Matski, of Lakeland, FL; 11 grandchildren, Erin Bryant, Josh Byrant, and Tyler (Elyse) Fields, all of Frankfort, Devin and Samantha Duddy, Shepherdsville, Stefanie Vaughn, Steven Ruble, Lindsey Ruble, Nicholas and Madalyn Zeinert, all of Frankfort, Zack Zeinert, Lexington; and 11 great-grandchildren. Darell was preceded in death by a brother, Franklin Dale Sullivan and a sister, Brenda Louise Hall. Funeral services with full military honors will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday March 2, 2019 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Rev.

Tim Jumpp, Rev. Thomas L. Hall and Gilbert Newman officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceburg Cemetery with full military honors.

Visitation will be on Friday from 5-8 p.m. and prior to service on Saturday. Casket bearers will be Steven Ruble, Josh Bryant, Zack Zeinert, Nick Zeinert, Tyler Fields and Jordan Medley-Vaughn. Junior casket bearers will be Landan Vaughn, Ryan Hulette, Trey Hulette, Devin Duddy, Elyjah Fields and Wyatt Fields.

Honorary bearers will be Kevin Sullivan, Darrell Sullivan, Jay Sullivan, Tony Sullivan, Scott McKnight, Ray Williams, Trish Sloane and Greg Moore.
