David Ray Bolin, 55, of Beaver Dam, KY died on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born on August 9, 1962 in Detroit, MI to the late Louis Edward Bolin and Marie Francis Cooper Bolin. David was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church and worked at Purdue Farms.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Fred William Bolin. Survivors include his wife, Betty Jo Texas Bolin; four children, Cassandra Jo Bolin, Patrick Lynn Bolin, Christopher Tyler Bolin, and Jessica Marie Bolin; one brother, Ben Edward Bolin of Detroit, MI; three sisters, Laura Lynn Bolin of Taylor, MI, Gloria Marie Bolin of Detroit, MI, and Deborah Lee Bolin of Lincoln Park, MI; a half-sister, Andrea Engler Percy of Jacksonville, FL; and an uncle, Chris Bolin of Owensboro. Services will be at 11:00am on Friday, April 20, 2018 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory.

Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and on Friday from 9:00am until 11:00am at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the David Bolin Memorial Fund, c/o James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory, 3009 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
