Robert O. “Bobby” Moore, Jr., 72, of Owensboro, died on Monday, April 30, 2018 at his residence. He was born on July 1, 1945 to the late Beatrice Ashworth and Robert O. Moore Sr. in Daviess County, KY. He was an Army veteran and served in Vietnam War and was a member of American Legion – James L.Yates Post #9, Fraternal of Order of Eagles #2314 and AMVETS #119.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his ex-wives, Nancy Moore and Barbara Moore; and a son, Robert V. Moore, Jr. Survivors include two sisters, Doris Frakes (Harold) of Patronville, IN and Barbara Bittel (Carl) of Rockport, IN and his companion, Lisa Arnold. Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 in Owensboro Memorial Gardens with military honors.
