Deborah K. Turner (nee Snyder), age 52, of Carlisle, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle Hospital. She was born on August 12, 1965, in Manassas, Virginia, to the late Robert R. and Priscilla (Kiser) Snyder, and was the wife of Allen L. Turner. Deborah was an adventurous woman, who most enjoyed spending quality time with friends and family, especially on camping trips along the American east coast.
